The Trump administration has announced the revocation of temporary legal status for over 530,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

Affected individuals must leave the U.S. by April 24, following the suspension of the Biden-era CHNV program that allowed them temporary stay. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) criticized the program, arguing it failed to meet its goals.

Trump is also reviewing protections for 240,000 Ukrainians and has already moved to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 500,000 Haitians.
