A 32-year-old man, Austine, has been arrested after jumping off Eko Bridge while trying to escape with stolen hair products worth N20 million.
Police say the suspect and others stole a large sack of female hair attachments from a moving truck along CMS-Marina Bridge during traffic. Austine injured himself as he leapt into the Marina car park but was caught with the stolen items.
Lagos police spokesperson, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the arrest, adding that a manhunt is underway for the other suspects.
