Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has reaffirmed his support for President Bola Tinubu, brushing off rumours of a fallout.
“I’m committed to his vision and policies for a better Nigeria,” Sanwo-Olu wrote Tuesday after accompanying the president to the airport in Lagos.
Talk of a rift had surfaced after Tinubu appeared to sidestep him at a recent Lagos-Calabar highway event and during another key project launch.
But the governor later met with Tinubu and party leaders in Lagos, where the president reportedly said, “All is forgiven.”
