Ogun Contraband Seizure: Customs Crackdown On Smugglers, Intercepts Items Worth N1.35bn In Six Weeks

The Ogun 1 Command of the Nigeria Customs Service has intercepted contraband items worth 1.35 billion naira during anti-smuggling operations conducted over the past six weeks.

Acting Comptroller Oladapo Afeni, Customs Area Controller of the command, said the seizures send a strong message to those unwilling to engage in legitimate trade.
