Katsina Fire Disaster: Inferno Razes 15MVA Transformer at KEDCO Power House

Electricity consumers in Katsina metropolis were thrown into darkness on Sunday night after a fire razed a 15MVA power transformer at the Kano Electricity Distribution Company power house.

The incident came barely weeks after improved power supply during the festive season had raised hopes among residents.
