Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has officially commissioned the Kano State Neighbourhood Watch Corps during a passing out parade at the Sani Abacha Stadium.
The newly established corps comprises 2,000 operatives deployed across all 44 local government areas of the state, aimed at strengthening grassroots security and intelligence gathering.
