The Eid Fitr celebrations in Dutse Emirate, Jigawa State, are usually a spectacular display of tradition, joy, and community bonding.

This year was not different as the festivities commenced with Muslims gathering at mosques and open prayer grounds for special congregational prayers, known as Salat al-Eid.
