Rivers Sole Administrator, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (rtd), on Wednesday defended the N1.48 trillion 2025 budget before the House of Representatives Ad-hoc Committee.
He said the budget, which President Tinubu forwarded to the National Assembly, was designed to address key areas under the emergency administration.
Ibas, however, noted that some suspended officials had withheld crucial information, affecting budget accuracy.
