FG Declares Friday, Monday Public Holidays for Eid-ul-Adha

The Federal Government has declared Friday, June 6, and Monday, June 9, 2025, as public holidays to mark Eid-ul-Adha.

Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, made the announcement in a statement on Monday, urging Muslims to reflect on the values of sacrifice and faith. He also called on Nigerians to support ongoing reforms aimed at restoring national progress.
