The FCT Public Complaints Commission, led by Commissioner Musa Dikko, has recorded 8,000 complaints since he assumed office in November 2024.

Speaking in Abuja during a meeting with 11 AMAC District Heads, Dikko revealed that 4,000 cases have been resolved while 5,000 remain pending, inherited from previous administrations.

He stressed the importance of educating district leaders on how to escalate grievances in their communities.

At the meeting, District Head Alh. Musa Barde from Galadimawa lamented the expropriation of farmlands, which has left many youths jobless and driven some into criminal activities.

Similarly, Alh. Ishaq Ibrahim, District Head of Idu, called for a revision of the FCT master plan to better address community needs. Other district heads, including Hon. Hassan Mabushi from Mabushi and Alh. Umar Bayero from Gwarimpa, also voiced their concerns.
