The All-Progressives Congress in Edo state has picked Honourable Dennis Idahosa as its deputy governorship candidate in the forthcoming election. Idahosa will be Senator Monday Okpebholo’s running mate in September’s race and will replace Honourable Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama who was announced last week as the deputy candidate.
The candidates met with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Monday where they were presented with their party’s flag and the president pledged to stand with them “like the wall of Gibraltar”.
