Rep. Abdussamad Dasuki has called on the Federal Government to hand over a seized estate of 753 housing units in Abuja to the military to address their housing challenges.
The estate, formerly linked to ex-CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele, was forfeited to the government following a court order and recently handed over to the Ministry of Housing.
Dasuki said allocating the estate to military personnel would boost morale and show genuine appreciation for their sacrifices. He urged the National Assembly to engage the executive to ensure the estate is used to improve the welfare of the Armed Forces.
