The Minister of State for Industry, Senator John Enoh, says the Bank of Industry (BOI) has disbursed N1.3 trillion to small businesses across Nigeria.
Speaking at the Global Entrepreneurship Congress in the U.S., he said MSMEs now account for 84% of Nigeria’s total employment and are key to economic growth.
He also highlighted ongoing support through the Nigeria Startup Act, industrial hubs, digital enterprise programmes, and solar innovation centres.
