Armed bandits in Gidan Abe, Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State, intercepted and robbed a man on a motorcycle of his Christmas groceries on Saturday evening.
A local community leader confirmed the incident, stating that the victim was returning from Katari with a bag of rice, drinks, and condiments when the attackers, also on motorcycles, blocked his path. The assailants took the items and fled without causing physical harm or abducting him.
The Kaduna State Police Command has yet to confirm the report.
