APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has dismissed opposition efforts to unseat President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027, insisting that no coalition can stop his re-election.
Reacting to a press conference by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar—who, alongside ex-Kaduna governor Nasir El-Rufai and other opposition figures, vowed to challenge Tinubu—Ganduje said their alliance is weak and politically unrealistic.
In a statement by his aide, Chief Oliver Okpala, Ganduje described the coalition as a gathering of politicians with conflicting interests, adding that Tinubu’s track record since taking office will earn him the people’s mandate once again.
