Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has insisted she has concrete evidence to support her allegation of sexual harassment against Senate President Godswill Akpabio.
Speaking through her lawyer, Victor Giwa, she dismissed comments by Akpabio’s wife, Unoma, who had defended her husband and hinted at legal action.
“Our client has solid proof to substantiate her claims and urges Mrs. Akpabio to allow her husband to respond personally,” Giwa said.
Natasha, who has sued Akpabio and his aide for defamation, had earlier alleged that the Senate President sidelined her motion on Ajaokuta Steel Complex after she rejected his advances.
