The FCCPC has summoned Air Peace over complaints of cancelled flights and unrefunded tickets.
The Commission said the airline may have breached consumer protection laws and has been ordered to appear on June 23 with records of refunds, cancelled flights, and customer support actions.
Failure to comply could lead to fines or jail, the FCCPC warned.
