Tinubu’s Aide: Rice Now Accessible to All Nigerians

0

President Bola Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Policy Communications, Daniel Bwala, says government policies have made rice more accessible and healthcare more affordable for ordinary Nigerians.

In an interview with DW Africa, Bwala said rice is now available “across all levels” and noted that nearly 10 million people have been enrolled under the national health insurance scheme. He added that caesarean sections are now free for mothers with complications, and some essential drugs have been subsidised.

He also defended the president’s health, saying Tinubu is “fitter than many leaders in advanced countries,” and dismissed concerns over early campaign moves for 2027, saying it’s part of the APC’s mid-term review process.
