A fresh rainstorm has again destroyed buildings at the Federal Polytechnic, Idah, Kogi State—weeks after a similar incident on June 15.
The storm wrecked hostels, lecture halls, and offices, disrupting academic activities.
Governing Council Chairman, Rt. Hon. Adetope Ademiluyi, described the damage as severe and appealed to government and private organisations for urgent help.
Students also called for immediate intervention to prevent a total collapse of academic work.
