Members of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE, resumed work across Osun State on Monday, ending an 11-month strike. Despite the calm at council secretariats, confusion continues over the leadership of local governments, as both the All Progressives Congress and the Peoples Democratic Party claim control of the councils.
