The Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brig. Gen. Olakunle Oluseye Nafiu, has announced that corps members will start receiving the revised N77,000 monthly allowance from March 2025.
Speaking in Abuja on Thursday, he said the Ministry of Finance had confirmed the availability of funds for disbursement. He attributed the delay to the late signing of the 2025 budget.
Nafiu urged corps members to remain committed to national unity and development while encouraging them to use NYSC’s official channels for any concerns or suggestions.
