The Senate and House of Representatives have approved the N54.9 trillion 2025 budget presented by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The budget allocates:
- N3.64 trillion for statutory transfers
- N14.31 trillion for debt servicing
- N13.06 trillion for recurrent expenditure
- N23.96 trillion for capital projects
The bill now awaits presidential assent to become law.
