Nigeria has lost one of its respected statesmen, Chief Audu Ogbeh, who died peacefully on August 9, 2025, at the age of 78.
In a statement, his family described him as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who lived a life marked by integrity, service, and dedication to both the nation and his community.
“His life touched many people, and his example will continue to guide us. We are thankful for the prayers and support we have received and kindly ask for privacy as we mourn,” the statement said.
The family added that funeral arrangements will be announced in the coming days.
