Chelsea have signed Brazilian forward Joao Pedro from Brighton in a deal reportedly worth £60 million.
The 23-year-old joined the squad in the U.S. ahead of their Club World Cup game against Palmeiras. Pedro, who scored 30 goals in 70 games for Brighton, described Chelsea as a club with “great history” and said he’s ready to win.
He becomes the fourth player Chelsea have signed from Brighton, following Caicedo, Cucurella, and Sanchez.
