LG workers to FG: Address root cause of criminality

The Northern Executive Forum of the Nigerian Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) has urged the federal and state governments to adopt a holistic approach by addressing the root cause of the criminality in order to tame the alarming rate of insecurity in the country.

The forum, in a communique issued at the end of its one-day meeting in Kaduna and read  by the Northern President of the union, Comrade Modu Bulama Pantami, said “insecurity in the North has not only degenerated but reached alarming proportion,  consuming lives and crippling the economy and livelihoods of the people.”
